They will provide all of the necessary training and tests to acquire your CDL. The reimbursement for costs of it is deducted from your paycheck through the first year of employment I believe although I am currently a Swift company driver and I would suggest verifying this information with someone from recruiting.
You have to go to home state to get license..they don't issue them...they train you to pass the test even take you to get tested by trooper..then 4-6 weeks with mentor ( 200 hrs and 40 various backing) then you get truck
I am out of the Menasha, Wisconsin terminal. I had to go to the Inver Grove Heights terminal and do a week of drivers training. Then took my road test a week later in. Wisconsin
You do the whole thing with swift for sure you come out if swift ready to go over the road they just mess you over on your pay very badly they are who I went through to get my cdl
Wow, uneducated answers on here. Depending on where you are from, you will be tested at a Swift facility as they are certified 3rd party testers. In the event you are from out of state, an local address will be provided then you transfer your license.
U still have to take the C.D.L. Driving test @ The License Bureau
