We do our job like we are suppose to and once our loads are done we scan them in but yet don't get paid for them we done a load yesterday and scanned it in once it was finished and got paid 0.00 from payroll

We ask them if we could do short loads for now but they refused to let us do them. People have told us stuff and they seem to have a problem backing it up. This is Steven-Gladys Bryant and we got treated bad and lied to. We have asked and asked to do short loads so that we can improve but still can't seem to get them to let us do them. Taking loads to Arizona and longer loads like that is not short loads. If Knight switches to Swift-Knight transportation that will be bad because most drivers will more less leave. We have been promised short loads but none so far. We don't want the long loads we want short because more cents on the mile. Which we don't understand it. But please if you could talk to the Columbus terminal and ask them to let us do short loads. And our home time isn't like it is suppose to be. You out a week and 2 days home but not here. We want our home time. I wish we could work out of Phoenix because people there are really nice. Nice trucks. We like KWs

I worked there for 3 weeks and my check was wrong everytime!
