I dont know the specifics on that but i know that the columbus metroparks facebook page adds events that you can check out, and i have seen canoeing there before.
The do have canoeing, I can't tell you the exact date but I did it last year. They have a ranger come out with a trailer holding a few canoes and offer canoe rided for a half hr on the lake.
No canoeing in the lake. Fishing is allowed
