Where to start on how horrible management & my entire experience at this place has been! I was so excited to move here , day of move in we realize they had us In the wrong unit, (unable to see apartment till move in day their rules) we have a dog and needed a lower unit . We picked a end unit with all the upgraded appliances, they had us in a upstairs apartment with no updates, & the apartment was so dirty! I was in tears and didn’t want to move in, my kitchen cabinets had scotch tape on them where the paint was pealing we just sold our home so we had to move in we were stuck in a upstairs apartment for a year than had to move into a lower unit which was not a end unit like we wanted, & the new apt unit was as dirty as the first but at least it had the upgrades I just had to clean everything, the carpet was nasty and old. I’ve paid to have it cleaned on my own. They also never tell you if you have packages and than after 3 days they send them back, not enough time for people who work to collect them and god forbid someone sends you a gift you will never get it. Our cars get broken into often 3 times for us. Never leave unlocked true at anyplace I guess. People let there dogs Rome unleashed I was chased with my dog by two dogs that were unattended. No one picks up the dog Pooh. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived! Management is more than rude. They will tell you it’s not their responsibility to keep or let anyone know they have packages. We can’t wait to leave, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been a resident for almost a year at this property and have had a WONDERFUL experience. Amy, the property manager is so helpful and understanding, and does everything she can to make this community feel like home. Maintenance has been prompt in every occurrence that I’ve needed them. My apartment is HUGE and it truly feels like home. This is a family friendly, great community to live in, and I will definitely be staying for awhile! Edit August 2022 As per my last post, I love this community, but I thought I would take a minute to recognize the maintenance staff. Jeff and Anthony are absolutely incredible at their job, and just genuinely nice people. They fix everything very quickly, are fast to respond, and Jeff goes above and beyond to make things work. They are so patient, kind, and really have amazing customer service. They are truly one of the highlights of living here!

Margo, the leasing consultant is the light of this community. She is so approachable & bubbly. She is always eager to help the residents any way she can. She goes above & beyond every single time. She was definitely one of the reasons why we chose to live here. It’s also a quiet neighborhood that we feel safe in.
