Do not live here! Rent is expensive for what you get, walls are paper thin, you are forced to spend $130/mo on cable whether you want it or not, the office staff is nice until you move in and then they are nowhere to be found, and they take out way too much from security deposits with no note of why they took it out. Awful experience, would not recommend.

I think the people commenting here are not realistic, they write as if they have never lived here. First of all, unfortunately, the management cannot solve the problems, after you rent the house, they don't care much and they don't keep their promises. We had a problem with the next-door neighbor completely caused by them, I have a child and when I said we wanted to leave or change the house, they said we had to stay until the end of the lease, they didn't even allow us to change the house. In short, they only care about the money they will receive. This site is definitely not worth the current rental prices, if you have to live in this area, you can find much better alternatives.

I moved in recently and it has been a great experience. The leasing office was so wonderful. When I came in to tour, Nicole went above and beyond. She broke down costs, showed me a model and made sure I got an apartment I would be happy in. I have a great view and I am really happy here. Also, maintenance is very friendly. I could not be happier. Also they have different events/activities which is awesome.

They are mostly functional but VERY worn, dirty and falling apart. The fridge works, but the ice tastes bad, shelves are missing, bowed or broken, which they will charge you for upon moveout.
There is a workout facility, containing a few tradmills and eliptical machines, however, like the pool has been underfunded for many years and for most of this year was closed because the dated facility experienced another fire and they took their time refurbishing.
As you can tell by the dropping covered sidewalks (watch your step) and grass as well as barking filled night sounds ( hope youre blessed with sleeping well), it is more friendly to your neighbors pets than you.
Fishing is allowed and you do need to throw them back. Also with the chemicals that they use in the water, it is strongly advised not to consume the fish either way.
Residents get the code when they sign their lease.
