You're referring to something happening at a daycare or with a daycare provider that was out of line? You call the county & speak with your daycare caseworker directly. If you cant reach her, leave a message on her voicemail that its urgent. She always calls back by that day or the next. The caseworker then takes it elsewhere, such as children's services or whatever. It will be investigated by the proper ppl once its reported to the caseworker.
