Purchased a vehicle from NJ. Vehicle was shipped to me by a transfer company. Have a clear title. Can't get a moving permit because there is no registration in NV. Nv requires out of state vehicles to be inspected. How on earth do I get the vehicle there for smog and inspection? Can't get an appointment until 03/05.for title and registration Paying for insurance to have it parked in my garage. DMV won't accept calls, two days now.

There were ongoing the day of my online appointment (30 November). Not sure how long the wait was. The line at 3:00 P.M. was maybe 25 to 30 people outside the building. That didn't include the number waiting inside the Decatur DMV.
Yes, you can walk in without appointment. But there's no separate line for handicap so you will be waiting on the regular line
