There has been a lack of solid customer service as they're more concerned about the "homeless" folks ruining their look over providing fast friendly customer service. This youngest generation doesn't seem to care.
Do the survey that's on the receipt and give them a low rating so corporate can get on them most definitely worth the try I experienced the wait as well
I've gone in the [past],and with BEAUTIFUL results ; l think it's more of uninterest in customer concerns,,,sad sad sad indeed !!!
I refuse to go to this mcdonalds anymore. Same long wait and then got the order wrong and told us we were wrong not the order
I see y'all concern but just one question if u customers think y'all can do it better then us then do it but if u can't I think u need to sit back and wait correct that like me coming to ur house and telling u how to run ur kids
They give a terrible service in the morning, their location in Florida to serve horrible things.
