They carry lots of different items like that in the Christmas section but they generally have those frames in the area with embroidery supplies year round.
They have a department in the back of the store that can help you with custom framing, including round/oval framing. However in the Christmas ornament section they will have small round frames for either pictures or embroidery
they should Ive never worked there just a customer I am pretty sure they do they have a lot of pictures and frames stuff
