Call 311 and ask them a #you can call for all parish work or ?
If yours was stolen, lost i believe you have to file police report.
All you had to do was call them and they'll direct you to some other line to do a report, give you a stupid number to call the first initial person back.. give them the claim #.but that's if the number you was directed to even answers
