If I could put zero stars, I would. They make it next to impossible to pay your bill, then will reject your (several forms) of payment unless it is cash, check, or money order. Then once they cut your water off for a negligent bill, they will charge you an additional $100 to reconnect it, due to error on their end. They will make you feel stupid, and question your intelligence while making you feel like a terrible person for complaining all at once. They do NOT take responsibility for their errors and will blame the customer every time. Their customer service in person AND over the phone is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’re rude, non-empathetic, and not patient with their customers. It’s truly sad that we don’t have another option and have to deal with them. I’d love to know how who’s pocket my $200/month bill is going to. The customer service representatives admitted to us that the company is terrible and rips people off consistently. Want to go in person to talk about anything regarding your account? Don’t waste your time. They don’t see people inside of their building, only through the drive thru where the employees are rude an incompetent. When you are considering moving homes because of a water company, that is so sad.

One of the worst places to work! Extremely toxic work environment. coworkers are messy and petty, they treat employees and customers like idiots and with disrespect. Management doesn’t care or correct the office behavior.

The same thing is happening to me right now! The lady said they had until 8 pm last night and that if I called after that I would speak to someone in dispatch? No live people on the phone for the weekend!! Blessed with a new apartment, without water, Lovely!!

Customer Service and also file a police report. I had to do that months ago.
