We were just in the store. Why are all the sales people very rude or say I don't Know when asked a question. Do they realize their paycheck comes from people who buy there.

For my understanding every time I've been to Harbor Tools I take night time to stroll around to see if I can find what I need if I don't find what I need then I asked for assistance so far I haven't have no problems but it could be possible that some other employee may not be as nice as that one that you get at the time that you asking for assistance if I do ever wind up with an employer this rude and tells me I don't know then I'll ask to speak to the management or the assistant manager of whoever is in charge and if you've been truly treated poorly then that's what you do this way you're not only helping yourself but you're helping others to my blessings

Give them a break, some of the employees do care for their customers, unfortunately it's difficult to find great employees,, look at other stores like home depot or Lowes, some employees are good while others are just there for a paycheck
