Why this Dunking Donuts 's service is so bad? Cold coffee, not enough selection, long waits on the drive thru or it is close?

Guess that probably 90 to 95% of its business is in the a.m. I know for a fact that they don't make donuts after they open, what they have is what they sell. They probably are slow to make fresh coffee also. There are a maximum of two workers and right now I believe there's only one.

Thanks for your answers! It's time for any decent coffee shop to come and compete. This is terrible service

I too have never seen more than two working and there is always a line to the door until about 10-11. There is no drive-thru and it is most definitely open.
