I love dunkin as much as the next but MAN the people who work here are rude!! I know they are understaffed like everywhere else but every time I (or friends around) have been the experience is bad. From the guy taking the order saying “Jesus christ” when I wanted to add a coffee to the lady at the window rolling her eyes and groaning about extra sugar I would NOT recommend going here.

Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes (7:30AM, 2/2/22). When I finally received what I thought was my order, I was very disappointed to find only two small cheese balls in the bag. I ordered a chocolate donut and a plain donut. They got my order wrong (again). I pulled into a parking space so that I could walk in and show them what I received. The doors were locked! The sign on the door said open at 5:00AM! Tip for drive through customers: Always check your order BEFORE you leave the window no matter how impatient the drivers are behind you.

Ice cream and coffee was good but the womens bathroom was super gross, (poop smeared on seat) couldn't use it, the mens was out of order. Had to walk across the street to use the taco bell bathroom.

A bit slow in processing orders. We visited on a Sunday after church, and there were seven employees behind the counter, and the line was still quite lengthy. The donuts were good as usual, but the moolatta was way too sweet. We did not try the ice cream, but would like to, since this is a combo Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. All in all, an ok experience and would probably go back, but I'd be prepared to wait for my order.

Just ask them to lower it
Lobby clean only person there. They have glass between you and sales person. Felt very safe.
They are currently under changing management due to reason you already spoke about.
Guess that probably 90 to 95% of its business is in the a.m. I know for a fact that they don't make donuts after they open, what they have is what they sell. They probably are slow to make fresh coffee also. There are a maximum of two workers and right now I believe there's only one.
