Bought on-line tickets yesterday. Couldn't print them & don't have confirmation number. Had car trouble on way to 4:15 showing yesterday and didn't make it. Is there anything I can do to be reimbursed? Please advise. Thanks.

You'll have to call their customer service and explain your situation. I believe you can only get a refund for online purchases before the show starts. Also, if you bought them through a service like Fandango, that is who you would contact for refund information.
