Just like any other movie theater they have a box office at the front the interesting part is when you make your purchase are you with screen and asked you which seats would you like showing you what is still available so basically it is assigned seating

Caroline is correct. We bought ours at the window. You select your seats and if your military get the discount. Tues is a special price till 6 I believe.
