You may be talking about your Healthy Benefits Plus card. You can order non food items from a catalog but there is an amount you can buy food with also. I've never used the card for that in a store but I've used it on grocery items online at Walmart curbside pickup. It has paid for fruits and vegetables. You can order your Healthy Benefits Plus card online from People's Health. This is the only food card for People's Health that I know of and this one is not a scam.
