What's the point of having a queue if it didn't mean anything? Why does your staff call people that haven't signed in? Why is your service such garbage? Can I draw my own blood and put it in the drop box?

It most definitely mean something! People who get called that are not on the q had an appointment! If you're a walk-in you wait behind all appointments. If your visit is scheduled you will be called at your scheduled time or close to it
