I made an appointment for my son at 4:30pm. First when we checked in the associates seemed annoyed when taking information and couldn't merge his records. Second when finally called back 45 minutes later the machine had an error. Third time someone calls my son back and asks his birthday date for the 3rd time because they didn't have it on the system, they redo all the protesting again! Am hour and a half we saw 2 people come in and complete eye exams and pick out glasses and we still haven't see the dr. Never going to this place again !

I had made an eye appointment for 9:30am a year ago and the receptionists claimed I didn't confirm the appointment (which isn't true) and that they would not be able to honor the time. I had taken off time from work and drove out 30 minutes only for them to have booked over my appointment. Needless to say, there are many better places to give your business to that won't give away your appointment time.

I didn’t like my new pair glasses and returned them per their policy. Staff was extremely rude. Told me if I needed to pull my mask down to look at my glasses I should go into the ladies room to try on my frames. I only pulled my mask down briefly to look. So off to the ladies room I went with people knocking on the door, so awkward. Quickly Picked out a replacement plus another pair because I wasn’t sure. The guy who waited on me , note he did not help me, put in my new order. Went back to pick them up and my transition was in the wrong place on both pairs. I had to lift my glasses up to read. They would only correct one pair at a time. I had to keep going back. I absolutely hate the one pair of glasses but will never step foot back into this location.

Came here with my family, we were respectful and cool, and everyone was just really weird toward us. Seemed annoyed for whatever reason, & had horrible customer service. Super dry and didn’t seem eager to answer questions or provide clarity. Will never give this location another penny.
