I came here for a urine test and was a walk in. The wait time was not bad at all, I'd say about 11 to 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and allowed me some time to take my test, would visit again if I need to!

Yes wait time depends on how many people had appointments and how many people are in there ahead of you
It most definitely mean something! People who get called that are not on the q had an appointment! If you're a walk-in you wait behind all appointments. If your visit is scheduled you will be called at your scheduled time or close to it
