The best time to do a roof is in the winter! What? Yes, winter! The cold temperatures mean that shingles are solid and won’t get scuffed up during the installation process. The landscaping is also dormant, plus it’s easier to protect against snow than rain in the process of tear-off. We also nail in the shingles, which will stay on securely until sealants are fully activated. Spring and fall are the next best seasons, and summer is actually the worst - which is the opposite of what you typically hear from roofers.
Absolutely, we are available year round!
I do believe so.
