Yeah like Sue said the karaoke is a big deal there. I would call them up and see if you could squeeze in a song or two on a karaoke night and maybe start from there.

I think live music could very easily go well here. You have to compete with the karaoke. I say compete because this is a serious karaoke place. The sound is awesome and most of the singers are in a band or duo (or used to be at one time) themselves. Many use it as practice. Others just enjoy the amazing sound quality. A live group would have to be top notch.
