What's the point of having a drive thru if it's always closed. This is a huge inconvenience especially since I am unable to come in to get my medications. Going to switching to Walgreens. You all need to change your website since it says you have 24/7 drive thru. That's false advertisement & someone could sue you

It saddens me that this is the only 24 hr pharmacy near Brandon and I pray I never have to use them again and especially not for anything emergent. An utter disappointment. There was no compassion for the patient, no advocacy what so ever and just an overall lack of customer service. The the number one thing that will lose my business is LACK OF COMMUNICATION and there is none in the pharmacy not between staff and not with the patient/family. Im told in the drive through there’s no profile for my husband and that after waiting 20 mins in line that I have to come inside and wait another 20 mins for there to be a profile that they missed. I was told I would get a call/text in two hours when it would be filled - a lie. There was an issue with a prescription and instead of calling me before waiting two hours they decide to surprise me at the pick up window. I’m told the prescriber was called- another lie. This looks terrible on the company as a whole. If my normal CVS pharmacy wasn’t so great I would probably leave them all together. Will never be a customer if this location ever again, quite frankly it doesn’t seem like they would even care.

Worst most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered in any Pharmacy. Starting with the tech and the Pharmacist was no better. They never answer their phone. It rings without stop. I called prior to my visit and fail to reach anyone in 4 attempts. Never have I dealt with such poor customer care. As a matter of fact they refused to offer me any service because of my complaint and tone. Not for anything, I am not rude; definitely not vulgar, but these entitled people working at this facility are completely despicable. They should be fired and replaced with people who care for people.

People work at this place never committed to the time frame shared to the customer. Always mention that pharmacist is busy always and they don’t know by when the medicine will be ready, You need to keep visiting multiple times if you are on need of medicine on urgent basis. This is not the right place to request the medicine if you are in real and need them asap. It’s better to wait until you get message for pickup instead visiting the store on the timeline provided at the time of drop-off.
