If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pizza at 6:59. Did not receive the pizza until 8:52 and it was STONE COLD! I tried to cancel the order but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone?!!!! Because who waits that long for a delivery?! I could have gone to the grocery store and purchased the ingredients and made the pizza in that time. What is happening here? Why offer delivery if you are unable to DELIVER within a certain time frame. Thanks to the domino pizza tracker, I was able to see that my pizza was being ‘checked for quality’ at 7:12 pm. MY PIZZA WAS DELIVERED AT 8:52?!!! How?! Terrible, terrible service. So disappointed. Edit: got in touch with a manager, probably Brenda, and she hung up on me. Fantastic service.

Very lame everytime I order the pizzas are never cut right and this is the second time that i have to sit on the phone for 30 mins and counting to tell them they gave me the wrong pizza smh I think I'll start going to pizza hut now

I use to order here 2 sometimes 3x a week. Last Saturday one of my orders were messed up. It looked as if the pizza had been bitten. They gave me a credit attached to my phone number for a free pizza. Today I tried to redeem it over the phone and an employee would not hear me out. Instead he tried to tell me that he has no way to see it online. I asked him to let me speak because obviously he was unable to understand me. Instead he hung up on me. I went to the store to ask whom hung up on me and no one had anything to say about the way I was treated. I will not spend another dollar here. I will post a pic of the pizza as well.

Worst dominoes ever. Every time I've ordered they have screwed it up. They even screw up the remakes. This last time, my pizza was not in the black warming bag. Watched the delivery person walk to the trunk, pop it, put the pizza in the box. Then when opened it was all jacked up. Called to get credit and the staff hung up on me after being on hold for 16 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable. NEVER order from this dominoes
