While the are no signs saying you can't set up a bbq, the really isn't a "picnic area". The are seats and an outdoor shower for after the beach, but it's not a park to bbq in. Beach access and open area for kids to play in.

I dont think you can, it's not a huge park, just a small area to chill and for kids to play.
