Good burger and quick to serve with a variety of items to choose from. 1st time there and would return.

We ordered a chicken sandwich and the tenders with a side of ghost pepper sauce; honey mustard BBQ and regular BBQ...got nothing. Had to eat fried chicken with no sauce. The robots not reading tickets and going through the motions sure spared no expense when stuffing our bag full of mayo and mustard though.

This place is awesome!! Plenty of outdoor seating. The custard shake tastes really good and highly recommend the cajun fries. And the burgers are wonderful too, of course. Also Paul is great!

If I could give negative stars I would. First off we ordered items and never received them, frys were burnt, burger didn't have bacon despite receipt,wilted lettuce and tomato, sauce added to burger unintentionally along with other toppings, completely overcharged and manager wouldn't rectify situation, would not give name, and was unsympathetic. Gone to burgerfi several times never had problems until this visit, never going back after this and tell friends as well.

You could argue that the customer is always right and does not have to be polite. In most instances, the personnel will not follow up on impolite questions as people these days are always in a rush and "don't have time" to say please. Or, say, at least that's their excuse. Telling you to say please is not something an employee should do as that's impolite as well. Being (or not being) polite is a mindset. Who hands money to whom doesn't have anything to do with it. Feeling entitled to being impolite because you are in the dominant position during a transaction is IMHO slightly abusive. Try being genuinely polite and friendly and see what happens. :-)
