Kosher and Kosher style are 2 different things people. Restaurant's that are kosher style carry kosher idems like , salami, baloney ect.. one you put them on a machine that slices regular meats its over including cheese . You have to practice high standards and use only machines that slice kosher meats only ! I do this for a living ~ hopefully this helps :)
I think they are Kosher Style. The food is good. If THEY say they are Kosher, I believe it.
