I just started coming to this Bank on Atlantic Boulevard and it's only one tell her every time and she is super slow the drive-thru is much quicker than coming in I assume. So now I want to close my account.

This is the scariest Wells Fargo that I have ever been in. You would think on first impression that the place was robbed on a frequent basis. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. Very unprofessional and it is hard to get any kind of help. Stay AWAY from this branch of Wells Fargo!!

This has to be the worst Wells Fargo Branch my family and I have ever experienced! The staff is unprofessional, indifferent, inconsiderate, and have no desire to help their customers. In addition, the management is just as bad. With the most recent incident, and there have been many, the manger asked what the problem was and then proceeded to walk away and not return or offer assistance! All issues occurred at this Branch were EASILY corrected at the Coral Springs branch with professionalism and courtesy. Wells Fargo needs to intervene before this Branch continues to give them a bad name. Avoid this Branch at all costs.
