Easily the worst physical location for the worst banking establishment!... I had to file a claim for a faulty ATM to then be told I need to wait 10 business days to receive my money back cause of their mistake not mine. And the rudeness and unprofessionalism is clearly nothing new.

Good morning Mr. St Hilaire, You will need your Florida identification card ( ID card), Social Security number or the card, (sometimes some Banks require you to bring a bill with you with your name and address located on it), just to make sure you actually live there, also the amount of money you want to start the new account with.
