I have trespassers on in my property at 20 Concord Dr., Granite Falls, NC. The renter past two weeks ago. I did not find this out till trying to collect the rent. Now there are two people that have moved into the house. What do I do?

If the renter has passed. Then the contract is over. Unless, the people in your house are on the lease agreement, then they are squatters. Call the law, have them arrested for trespassing. However, if your not being honest with the situation you need to consult an attorney.

File an eviction notice. You have to go through the court. Unless you have a lease agreement stating that no one else can stay without notice to you.
