Last I heard, you have to join to sell. There is a yearly fee plus a fee for the days you show up.

They rent daily or talk to people that sell every day they may buy them they put them in bunches

There are no rules regarding ramps. You should call them about setting up for 1 day. There are a lot of people looking for ramps at this time. And would welcome your booth
