That would actually not be an issue SIB can fix, that is a corporate issue. Although that always seems to be an issue with every McDonald's. Half of the time its because they don't want to clean the machine after they have already shut it down (I knew someone who worked at McDonald's)
It's a shame. It should be a place where to post or send our claims to McDonald's about how their franchise is working around. And of course that they actually care about it. Lol
Everytime I show up, the machine is broken... ALWAYS. By now I already know not to ask for any ice cream
