I have been dying to write a review of this place. We went a couple of weeks ago and tell me why we ordered food for five people and once I get to the window the RUDE lady tells me that I am only allowed to get two sauces. I proceed to explain that it was a large order, we should at least get a sauce per person but she denies it, she says it is their policy. Then I asked for at least ketchup and she says that I should have paid for it as it costs extra. What!!!!!!!???????????? Please go to another McDonnals.

My husband was verbally abused by the same female supervisor on two occasions in this McDonalds. He has made a complaint now to the company. He never complained the first time around because we can all have bad days but even her staff look scared of her. That sort of behaviour from a member of management is unacceptable. I put my food and drink in the bin cause I wouldn’t trust food being giving by someone with that attitude to customers. More importantly, she’s letting herself down, what a terrible burden to carry being nasty to people for no reason. Manners cost nothing. Recently relocated to Sunny Isles from Ireland and thank god we’ve met so many lovely people in Sunny Isles. Self awareness is clearly a difficult personal trait for some to master! We will never step foot in there again!

I’ve been in line 55 minutes so far in my truck and diesel is not cheap at the moment lol and the people are rude. There is no way to get away from the drive-through when you’re stuck in line you’re in it.And on top of that when I get my meal it is completely wrong. I suggest better staff and possibly more people working

This location stinks! No parking, crummy food. All of our food came cold. Raw, salty, tasteless fries. Ordered without salt. Sodas horrible. No flavor, no fizz, watered down, and bitter tasting. Cheaters. Called McDonald's corporate office to comment. Couldn't care less. Asked me my phone number to put me on their complainer list. Offered me nothing. McDonald's is cheap and their food is never worth what they charge. Tiny portions. Stinko food.
