Made an appt @3pm for 7:20pm of the same day. I arrived at 7:00 and was told there was a 4hour wait. The put walk-ins in before you.

Yes. Your wait May be longer but yes they do take walk ins.
They don't do walk-ins. Have to make an appointment. Also beware of non covid-19 charges as this is a urgent care facility. They're in the business to make money, so while they will test you for covid-19 which is free by most insurances, they will slip some frivolous charges in for taking your blood pressure or some other non covid-19 related service.
