Very well done! This park is very clean and very well taken care of. It is within walking distance of the hotel we stayed in, so we visited it on a daily basis to access the beach. It is very family friendly and the restroom facilities were nice. I’m not entirely sure who maintains it, whether it is the Sunny Isles Beach city government or what, but whomever it is should be proud.

Great green (lawn) park with kids play area, showers and restroom and granting easy access to the beach, nearby parking is challenging.

No I don't remember how much the parking in was but it wasn't too bad from my recollection.
