You can be a walk in but they explained to me that without an appointment you may have to wait a bit longer. My wait wasn't very long, it was about 45 minutes which wasn't a problem for me. Hope this answer helps.
If you do not have a Appointment when you walk in you set up a Appointment and come back later
You can walk in, however if they are fully booked then you will not be seen. I have had success walking in, but not always. I would do an early walk in or just set up an appt. Their appt set up is very quick and easy.
