WAITING 5 DAYS WITH VERY SICK CHILD WE CAN NOT SEE UNTIL THEY DO OUR TEST!!! RIDICULOUS THIS LAB SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THEY CANT EVEN FIND OUR TEST TO RUN THEM.
I am on day 10 waiting for results. Not one of their phone numbers will answer nor will they answer any of my emails. I would not recommend anyone use them.
Its been 8 days and im still waiting on my results, I try sending them an email & no response, I try calling and waited 3 hours just listening to weird music lol no one ever answered.

Took test on a Monday , no results so I called on Friday . They lost it. Unacceptable. Their answer was go get another test with them. I think not. Unimpressed.
same here i got my test on dec 30th have been calling, texting, and emailing everyday finally got frustrated after being on hold for more than thirty minutes smh

Waiting 4 days and counting. In two days I have spent a total of 5 hours on hold... Listening to a short and annoying tune that pauses long enough for you to think someone is picking up...lies lol. I have also asked for a call back, have yet to get one. No response to my emails either.
