Pre-registered for a PCR COVID-19 test only to arrive at the site to find it abandoned. I called Meiko customer service and a very rude customer service person told me that I needed to call the public health department because the site had been changed even though I pre-registered last night. Mako is providing a great disservice to this community. Zero out of five stars, absolutely terrible. These people have absolutely no business being a vendor for something as important as testing the community for contagious diseases

Took test at Cary Soccer Field. No one there. Asked when results would be back. Staff said later that night. Near 30+ hrs out and no results. Erggg!

The staff member working at the Covid sample collection site was rude and gave no instructions for how to collect the sample. Extremely slow getting results back - it has been nearly 26 hours since collection and no results yet, even though they said within 24 hours. I won’t be using Mako Medical again. Collection sites and testing done by Radeas Labs is much better and so much faster. Radaes has results within 9 hours of collection!!!!

WAITING 5 DAYS WITH VERY SICK CHILD WE CAN NOT SEE UNTIL THEY DO OUR TEST!!! RIDICULOUS THIS LAB SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THEY CANT EVEN FIND OUR TEST TO RUN THEM.
Trying to get my test results! I was on hold for 1/2 an hour twice yesterday and then pushed one for them to call me back. Never got a call back. I sent an email today and they called me, then put me on hold and I have been on hold for almost 2 hours and I am still holding!
How can I get my test results? I have 10 days k melo ice and they still haven't gone

It's listed on a few different reviews that have replies. That's where I got it from.
You will set up an account with them after you get the test and then they email you to tell you to check your results. I got my results in less than 48 hrs.

You can respond to an HR request but are unable to pick up the telephone or send a response to an email looking for COVID test results, unbelievable.
You will need to go through our HR department and do know our team of drivers are all Veterans.
We haven’t rolled out the MAKORx cards yet - they will be elite and unbreakable.
