Yes, they have layaway available. There's no structured plan, they simply hold it until you pay it off. $20 a week would work.
I buy my boots and western apparel in El Paso. I saw some boots at Allen's that were priced just under $400 and they were identical to ones I was wearing and paid $89 for at the Tony Lama boot factory in El Paso. You won't find me shopping there.

A few small things near the register may be affordable, but the clothes, leather accessories, hats and boots may take multiple Saturday paychecks.
