They have a 24 hour support number, but it is just as useless, I called it one night when my internet was out, a lady answered and told me that she knew it was down, techs were working on it and she had no idea when it would be up. I asked if this outage would be reflected in my monthly bill, I was then told to call back during business hours.
The 24 support number isn't the same business you're paying for the service. They are all crooks.
