Wish I could give zero stars Shady in that they will not allow other internet services in town limits. Not that it would be fair for a business to compete with a tax payer funded internet provider. Paying for 50mbs and only getting around 5mbs (see photo as proof), very crooked! Wanted to make the claim it was my wifi, even when my laptop was directly plugged into the cable modem! 2yrs update still bad service and customer service. Now they just added "wait times are longer due to the covid pandemic" now they have an excuse. Waited 30min to talk to someone who didn't help and told me to call back.

Internet is ALWAYS going out switching to At&t or Verizon or T mobile! I have a problem with this Internet once or sometimes TWICE Every month!!!!!!!

i am payig for 100 mb and I only have 20 mb. this is obvious cheating , robbery and monopoly. shame on u

Question... why does CoMPAS have a number on the website? Anytime I call that number, and actually get something besides a busy signal, the voice attendant prompts me to press 2 to report a problem or outage. Once I press 2, it hangs up on me...

They have a 24 hour support number, but it is just as useless, I called it one night when my internet was out, a lady answered and told me that she knew it was down, techs were working on it and she had no idea when it would be up. I asked if this outage would be reflected in my monthly bill, I was then told to call back during business hours.

That's not necessarily the company's fault... It can happen no matter who you're with, that's why there's extra precautions on most sites to protect your info.
