If you are a crowfield plantation resident, then yes.
Per crowfield, you are supposed to be live in there community, or have a friend or relative that you are visiting. I believe If you are over 16 you will need a fishing permit. That is all I know.
Fishing is only permitted with a pass obtained from the office for residents. Residents can have a guest with them but they will need a pass as well. Fishing is not allowed in any of the ponds, only at the lake.
It is not open to the public, only Crowfield plantation residents. I was also told that they can check your Id to make sure you're a resident.
