Called multiple departments at 1330 to schedule appointments and nobody picked up or the operator would say that I’ve called past business hours. I then just tried to have the front desk transfer me, but every time I would start speaking, he would hang up on me. Devin Stone is his name I believe. I serve this country and this is the only healthcare I have and I can’t even contact any provider while the front desk couldn’t even be bothered to stay on the line long enough for me to ask a question.. They wonder why people don’t reenlist…….

PHA SCHEDULING IS UNSAT // Pharmacy is awesome and primary care physician are awesome. PHA SCHEDULING? 2 hour lunch that starts early or ends late followed by administrative shut down days. 7 days, 30+ phone calls, and 4 physical visits to schedule a PHA. UNSAT.

If you google NHCC formulary, you can pull up a pdf of all medications that they carry.
Pharmacy drive through opens at 8 am . Not sure of time on Saturday though.
In person is available; they do a covid questionnaire at the door.
There is a specific number to call to activate new prescriptions, but I'm not sure what it is. If you call your dr. or the information desk, they would know it. You have to wait, based on whoever called ahead of you unfortunately on the line.
