Questions & Answers

This is the 5th time we have tried this McDonald. Really disappointed. Waited 14mins smd still the order is wrong and the food was cold. No need to complain cause the customer is not right. This experience will get a call to their home office.

Why did you wait to the 5th time to complain? 1st time might have been a mistake. 2nd time, talk to the manager. If there's a 3rd, the manager with a followup to the regional manager. Usually results in gift cards and free food.

Is it just me or the quality of service is better in morning or afternoon rather than night?

The quility of McDonald's good and staff has gone down tremendously over the years the point I don't even want you anymore

Why is it that mcdonald's managers, especially young newer ones are the rudest. I just dealt with one, no need to point him out, nobody cares anymore.
