Yes! Amazon is going into "Peak" season. This is a very busy time of the year. On average just the Avenel location alone ships out 1 million packages a month. More per month during peak season. Peak usually lasts about 3 months. Seasonal workers have a choice at the end of peak to become permanent. When applying be sure to check position hiring for either Amazon employee or seasonal worker. Avenel location hires PT workers, but during Peak Season you have the opportunity to work up to 60 hours a week. Regular work hours during the year are 20-24 hrs on average. Apply on Amazon website. When hired, you will be directed to hiring orientation event- paid- then have photo taken for work badge to scan into building for work and show your ID and sign paperwork for your pay card, unless you chose direct deposit.
