Terrible service, rude Indian lady who rushed us out because she “needed to leave”. The hours say 8-5 and it was 3 pm. Work your shift or leaves

Extremely annoyed! I needed a fingerprint and drug test for a job at a local school and they are responsible for sending over my fingerprints and drug test. Then only sent the drug test. Now I need to go to a different company to get my fingerprints done again. Extremely disappointed! Waste of time!

Appointment is the best, that way they will be there and ready for you. If I not taken an appointment then I would have to wait long time.

how do I receive my test results if no one is answering the phone and there the web site does not work?
