We booked this location on advice from other local moms--the water slide and splash pad are a huge draw for a 5 and 7 year old! This location has the best playground we've been to, yet. What was disappointing was the general cleanliness of the facilities. The pool was grimy the first day, and we chose to swim early right after it's cleaning from then on. Some of the mess is people, for sure, like please don't detangle your hair in the pool. Some of it may be age, because we saw one set of steps to get in broke its tile and was left jagged. The bathrooms and toilets were a mess, from the arcade toilets to the bathhouses in the campgrounds. Seemed like they weren't cleaned or hastily done. Stalls, showers, and sinks were out of order and stayed out of order. What was left open was generally dirty with trash and pee (or worse, as my husband saw in the men's). The ladies side had a problem with overflowing menstrual trash bins that attracted flies and added just a real nasty smell. We expect camping to be somewhat rough, so we had our fun and dealt with the setbacks, but we won't rebook here.

Do not recommend. Charging resort fees, NOTHING about this place is resort quality. Our site is not level, making it hard to set up picnic table and chairs. No weekday activities for the kids (and the weekend activities are nothing to write home about). Water slide is never operating. Low or zero water pressure in the evenings. Bath houses are gross with no toilet paper. Office closes at 4. Staff has no idea what they are doing, how to answer questions and no where to be found. Arcade is run down with very few working games. Trash on ground all over the park. Tons of yellow bees making eating outside impossible. The gate is constantly up so just anyone can drive in. Definitely will not return. Worst campground and experience we have visited yet since purchasing our camper in 2016. Anyone leaving good reviews for this place, does not get out much.

Our site was great! But the pool was smaller, cloudy, and had some hook worms around it. The staff weren't rude, but not very pleasant, just cold. The organization towards renting paddle boats and other water sport items was poor. Rented a paddle boat for my kids, by the time we signed the papers and got out someone who's hadn't rented/payed was already using it. The dusty and ungroomed roads throughout made it difficult to maneuver over. The late night music and Cornhole made it difficult at night. Other than us enjoying our site, we may not be back...

Such great staff, and awesome amenities. The rental for equipment like paddle boards is like $7 per half hour which is incredible when you compare that price to other vendors. Absolutely would love to visit again with our family!

Yes. We brought our 2 dogs. But they do not allow pit bulls or Rottweilers.
