I believe so. If full gospel means a thoughtful look at the old and new testaments.
In the scriptural sense it would be considered full gospel, but not in the Pentecostal tradition.
Full gospel means you believe and teach the entire New Testament with nothing left out, and that includes the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the gift of tongues!
