I ordered my rifle 14 weeks ago. I received an automated email response and never heard back from them again. I emailed at least five times with no response. I called after 4 weeks, was told it would be another 4 weeks to get barrels. OK, no problem. 10 weeks later, nothing. So I call again because they aren't answering emails. I'm told they are still waiting on barrels. We have plenty 29s but you'd have to pay more for that. Waited another 2 weeks and finally called and cancelled my order. She didn't even ask why. Oh well. Given the issues I've heard about extracting with some of these I think I'll redirect my purchase to a more established brand (with an actual customer service department and production planning capabilities).
