AWSOM is a great place for pets. You can also apply online for a "care credit" It's a credit card that you can use at the vet and the monthly payments are extemely cheap. Edit: Here is the link. https://www.carecredit.com/ I was approved immediately and used it the same day.
Call and ask at the Awesome Shelter. They really care for animals.
I was going to say the same thing as R Jean. Care Credit is the way to go. I use for my Dog and myself
Stroudsburg Animal Hospital (aka Dr. Bower) may do payments. He does for my husband and I but we have been patients there for over a decade. He is a wonderful vet and it is definitely worth a call. 😻

If it was my dog...I would call Broadheadsville Veterinary Clinic and Awesome and just explain that you don't have that much money and see what it will cost. I know Awesome doesn't take payments but they are probably the cheapest and they care about your animal. Hope this helps.
